Who called from 7141785698

2/29/16 15:21 PST  Weird things happening.  Rang twice then started ringing from 206-708- 2849 at the same time.  What the devil is going on?  Just ordered a call blocker but getting more and more frustrated with this constant assault.  Almost never answer the phone these days, but unable to get out right now due to illness.  HELP, anyone.

Obviously spoofed number with the prefix less than 200.  Call seemed to have been blocked by the robo guy.

Whenever I get a phone call, that it is obvious a spoof, or any call from people that I don't know......I grab my cordless phone, 1 finger on the TALK  button, and another finger on OFF !!! that seems to work because they do not repeat the call

"Private Caller"..... Spoofed number. Call, say nothing, ignore the screener's warning, and you get blocked! Blocked forever.
