Call back to this number results in a robo-answer as 'Ecology Electrical' (Solar), Fullerton, CA, whose number can be found to be 800-760-6132. They were " ... founded to bring education and awareness to local homeowners about the benefits of Solar Energy." For this reason, I do not think the number was spoofed. BBB data shows this company has 2 employees.
This appears to be another mistaken teleharassment operation that thinks badgering will get a sale or a donation. I can not be sure this is who called, but this fits the MO of a wave of relentless, rude, and obnoxious companies using phone harassment to badger you into buying Solar, despite the 'Do Not Call' lists. Any alleged authorization to bypass my name and numbers on the 'Do Not Call' list is fraudulent and unlawful.

Last week the first call came thru with recorded greeting from Ecology Electric, caller I'd showed ECO Homes 714-2020244. I redialed...lol. the next incoming call from "CALIFORNIA" 714-561-0257. The man said he would take our number off the list as we too are in the biz.
