called in late october. caller id said safari carpet. left no msg.

Called 1/7/2016 @ 6 pm   caller ID:  MOVIE LLC , THE T.  If a call comes through my COMCAST blocker, I just answer and push any number on the phone so they get an ear full when they answer, usually takes two seconds.  They hang up and never call my number again.  A Permanent fix.
