Marvin extension 107 asked me or the owner to call back regarding accounts receivable clients closing their books and if we are interested to call him. This was not something I have ever requested information for. He can't speak proper English either.
"RJ" left a voicemail message with his extension but couldn't understand the company name. Caller ID showed Buena Park. He said it was about a national account. Called back, automated answer, entered extension and it kept going back to the original greeting of "Thank you for calling, if you know the extension you may dial it now. For a directory by name press star." Probably a scam.
This lady has been calling every day in spanish saying that we need to call her back. I could hardly understand what company she represents but after 5 days I finally got it...She said she was from MHG LLC...who knows if that company even exists. I could hear voices in the background. It seemed it was a calling center. She leaves messages all the time saying we need to call. Sorry, I will not call because you don't even know our names, she only says our last name and can hardly pronounce it.
