They called saying a warrant is out for my arrest and I'm facing 6-8 months jail time for fraudulent activity and a delinquent account. The agent I talked to had broken english and was very rude of course I was very upset. They need to be stopped!
called saying I was going to be arrested and that I was going to spend a year in jail along with 21k in court fees if I didn't pay them 8k over the phone, tried to call them back from 4 different phones and they wont answer.
Same message, has anyone actually spoken with them ?
Not a strong english speaker, apparently the credit bureau is filing a lawsuit against me for... nothing. The credit bureau doesn't sue people that I know of.
