I answered the umpteenth call today. "Bueno?" A guy said "hello" I repeated "Bueno?", he asked Habla Ingles? I said no (I obviously do, but I do NOT speak Spanish). He said "Adios". If they have a Spanish speaker call, I will say "No Habla Espanol".
I am on the Do Not Call Registry (WORTHLESS!!), but if you mess with me, I will mess with you!
So I guess this company did windows on one of the neighborhood houses down the street. Then they somehow get the numbers for the houses around the area and keep calling.
