It's some sort of green house telemarketing; a scam. When you tell them to take your number off of their calling list they start arguing with you; fortunately, I have a mouth that is foul enough to make them hang up and hopefully not call back.
Guy called for smart homes is in your area. cut him off. told him to take me off the list. He said how rude you cut me off and no I probably will not. I hung up.
