This caller left a robot message that was soliciting a Yes vote on Measure SS however the caller id said "Out of Area". So I ran 3 traces using 3 different types of traces and all of them were blocked for a person or business name which is not a surprise. The phone number is a Cell phone registered to someone in the Anaheim, California area using one of these service providers USA Mobility Wireless Inc. and Cellco Partnership DBA Verizon Wireless-CA which are both favorites for scammers. When multiple service providers come up and no name or business name is available, it is usually a bad sign. This political call uses all the same techniques of scam callers. I recommend blocking this number and reporting it.
