714-233-2385 called and their robocall wouldn't work , guess it is time to change from at&t to someone else, voip most likely with comcast as internet and free phone, with cell for backup, get one that will block these bogus calls
Because you put your name on a "LIST". Nothing more. A list does not block calls. It is just a list that is maintained by the FTC and purchased by LEGITIMATE AND REGISTERED WITH THE FTC TELEMARKETING BUSINESSES.
Survey callers are exempt and are allowed to call.
The DNC is not a call blocking service. It is an honor system and the DNC list is honored by honest businesses. There is nothing mechanical that will block anyone from calling anyone.
