keep getting calls at random times. Dead air for first 10-15 seconds, then here noisy background like a pocket dial from a call center. Finally searched the number and found this sight saying it's from Anaheim, CA. Called it back and got an automated service. It is an energy services company trying to sell windows and such. It had an option to add your number to their "do not call list." I added mine and hope it works.

Home Energy Solutions - harassing telemarketing jerks calling morning, noon, evenings, hangs up, has BOGUS caller ID's (ESDH) or just a "V" number (IE: V11719045703402). Numerous complaints to FCC Do Not Call .gov web site with no results (typical government indifference and disdain for most citizens). BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE AND OTHERS LIKE THEM!!!
Just rec'd a call, did not answer, CID said "Fidelity Life". Interesting to try to pass off "energy services" as an insurance company. Number now blocked.
