Called, Rang Twice, Did not answer this unknown number. Call Ended,The caller did not leave a voicemail message.

Called and left no message. Called back and recoding came on and said: Thank you... Goodbye. Blocked this number right after.

Caller ID reads "Servive".   I do not answer calls from parties that I don't recognize; therefore, I didn't answer.   No voice mail left.

Obviously the same miserable old scammers with a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  Aggravating morons.  Blocked forever.

Scammer - No message left - signs of a low life contractor.  Do not answer - block caller.
