Same MO. Does not leave a message on the answering machine. Being retired, I track all these numbers in Microsoft ACCESS with date and exact times, and block if I receive multiple calls. I also report abusive calls to the FCC, even though they are useless.
Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME They called, machine answered and hang up, and then two minutes later, same thing. No one spoke but you could hear typical call center background.
He used the familiar line -"... we spoke last year about home remodeling/repairs and you were SOOOOO nice.
That's when I said I know he's a lying piece of dung, because if we had spoken last year I would not have been at all nice - I would have told him to go to hell for calling a number on the DNC list.
