Who called from 7142760711

called many times. phone sounded broken. caller would always repeat "hello?"

caller would call often without saying anything, then hangup. unable to return call. simply would not connect.

I am a recruiter and i recieved a call from a candidate with this number.  The candidate lives in the San Jaoquin valley (209) so i was suprised to see a 714 area code.  When i called the number to see what was up with it, it would never connect.

i got calls from this number ,but when i return it never connect
