Got a text from James Collins. He sends emails from [email protected]. Claims to be a sailor, wanting to plan an extravagant anniversary for his wife with a $15K budget. Claims he can't use Square or Paypal and only Chase to process credit cards. Unfortunately I got far into the process and spent too much time with this scammer. I got suspicious after he gave a Seattle home address - that was listed for sale. And then when he went to process a credit card payment he listed a Colorado construction business address. When I asked why a different address, he claimed it was the family business and a family credit card. After doing a reverse lookup on the phone number I found this page. THANK YOU for all those before me who documented the history. I have now reversed the credit card charges.
