call starts off with a recording about how they want to verify the company's information and be sure the it is correct so customers can find us on Google. They make it sound like they are with Google which they are not. After listening to a recording I pressed 1 and got the pleasure to speak to a rude woman named April. She said she could not speak to anyone other than the business owner-so I lied and told her I was a business owner.
She said the name of her company was Local Verification...yeah, sure.
