They called early in the morning they mumbled the name that they were calling which I take as a sign of a scam. Then they said that they were going to process some papers this morning and to call a certain number with a code and a computer voice came on and gave a number. Does anybody else had this and legally don't they have to send papers nobody can process just by phone can they?
