Well thank you for that information i was unaware of the credit not being cleared up, but in my mind, being cleared up is that i dont have a debt hanging over my head and my escrow is going thru fine now that I received the $0 balance letter, I am not educated on what it has done to my credit report because it has yet to be updated but I appreciate the advice.

A man by the name of dan garhat (which may not even be his name) called threatening legal action garnishing wages and more. I'm pretty sure that the calls will get very rude. They are desperate to collect. I have read reviews on this site for this company and the re are tons of bad thing s being said . The best thing to do is contact your attorney general and give them the following information. Pr. And associates aka world wide recovery . These people will back trace you on any social network your on they will harass you and they will make you angry anne call you names. They will also post on this site.saying that they had good experiences and what they do is legitimate. Do not believe them! If you do decide to talk to.these people record the entire conversation and let them know at the beginning of the call that you will be recording. Save all recording s for the attorney general report them also tio the bbb and ftc.
I just received a phone call from Dan Garrett, trying to locate my daughter. Says he is having communication problems with her, and want me to give him a call. There is no reason why these people should be harrassing my daughter or myself, and these people and calls are freightening and harrassing. I will be contacting my attorney regarding this.
I received a call and the gentlemen informed me of my debt, he gave me the number to the original creditor and my account number and I called and verified the debt, sure enough i owed that company I guess they are a debt buyer but i settled my $3000 account for $1800 so it is a win thanks , Premium Receivables
