A call from this Brea landline arrived today.  When the call rolled to voice mail, the caller left no message.  This fits the familiar pattern of robocallers who use automated dialers to place calls.  If a live person answers, a live illegal telemarketer comes on the line to make his/her/its fraudulent pitch.

Based on reports from other posters on this and other websites, this caller professes to be a home energy expert.  In reality, these scam artists specialize in wallettechtomy -- the surgical removal of the wallet.  Don't let yours be next.
