Keeps calling early morning. Tired of scams. Caller ID shows Brea CA

called @ 1404 & left no message called ID says Santa Ana, CA

Morning after morning they wake me up...if you return the call..they request you give then YOUR number and they will put you on a do not call list which could take up to 30 days. I am already on a do not call list. They are wasting my minutes and disturbing me.

7143322942.... I'm on the  do not call list yet this number keeps calling me in the morning disturbing my sleep.
