I called them back and left a nice message on their answering machine not to call my number ever again. Call them back and threaten them yourself. LOL .
Another scammer called and wouldn't speak to my machine. The caller id just said 'Local'. A reverse trace was blocked, no surprise there. The call originated in Santa Ana, California using two service providers. 1. USA Mobility Wireless Inc. and 2. Peerless Network of California LLC-CA. This just sceams scammer. Block this number and report it to the FTC, FCC, BBB, State Attorney General so there is a record of its usage.
