Who called from 7143326095

Just got a call from (714) 332-6095.  Telemarketer re energy savings with utility company.  He said San Diego Gas & Electric and I told him I don't have SDG&E but thank you good bye.  He tried to save the call as I was hanging up.  I did telemarketing when I was a kid; it's a tough job.  At least he spoke and stated why he was calling.

they call 2-3 times a day and nobody is there,,,WTF?

They have been calling me for a week or so. Several times a day.

Calls from this number early every day for 3 days straight.  No voice on pickup--silence the disconnect.  A call to the number gets "This number is not in service"---BOGUS since it is not the telephone carrier's intercept message.

They are calling me everyday, and there is never anyone there.  If anyone can find out who is behind this, I would like to pay them a visit.
