Aggressive female caller asks for owner by first name. When I insisted on details, she said "regarding changes to his merchant card service". I asked which business she works for, as I know all the accounts. "Art Card Merchant Services." I asked which account number but she "cannot discuss account numbers with anyone but the owner". I asked if this was a sales call and she said, "no." I told her that I can only take a message, when she gets insistent and I won't patch her through or share another phone number. She gives me (714) 406-4741 with a five-letter "reference code" that the owner is to refer to when he calls back. The background sounds like a telemarketing center, very noisy.
