They call every night. They want to know my birth date... if I give it they continue and ask if I need help finding a doctor? Why? Cannot talk to live person to get them to stop calling. I am filing a complaint with United Healthcare.
It's UHC promoting their "Nurseline" if you already have coverage from them. They want to ask a lot of questions and inform you of services so THEY can save money.
