I'm getting many calls from random numbers lately. This one is one of them. I didn't pick up because I might get added to the active list.

I think it was after I posted a stuff on craigslist, I got random calls since then.

This was one of those calls trying to get you to say yes on tape to then later claim you agreed to some product. Asked me if I could hear "Brenda" okay. Luckily, I said "what was that?" rather than yes.
