Who called from 7144153935

I and my parents each have gotten calls from a man claiming to be a debt collector.  He threatens jail time and uses very profane language.  I tried to look up the company on-line but have found nothing.

WHAT A LOOSER, I CALLED MY LOWER ON HIM AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE :))))))))))

The guy name is Don Terry (714-415-3935)

MAN   CALLED SAID WE WERE  IN A LAWSUIT AND HAD TO CALL  ATTY DAVE MCCAIN RIGHT AWAY'
AT 7I4-415 3935.. CLAIMED THE CASE NUMBER OF 1248116. WE TOOK INFO AND CALLED  POLICE
IN CO.303

My wife received a summons to appear in court from these guys, is that legal?
