Voicemail recieved: "This is Jay over here at alliance. Listen, I need you to call my office as soon as you get this message. I'll be in the office for about 2 hours today. So before I leave the office, I need to speak with you regarding a complaint that was forwarded here. I know the been trying to reach you for a couple of days. I've also sent out documents to your property address, few weeks back and give you a number to call, we never heard any we never got any correspondence back from you. I'm gonna give you an opportunity to give me a call back today. I don't hear back from you within the next few hours. Additionally, if you don't call back at all we are planning to move forward with out your cooperation. My number here is (714) 422-3105. " This is false. I've received nothing in the mail. I have only ever rented and owe nothing to any of the companies that I have rented from. I have received my deposits back from each place after the evaluation was completed. I'm going to say it is a safe bet that this is some form of scam
This number has called three times a day for weeks leaving messages for me and someone named Jeff. "If we don't call back by 7pm tonight we have no choice to go ahead without your cooperation" I don't know what they want. But I have added the to the block list.
I received a message (Voicemail & Landline) stating the exact same thing. But when I called back, a recording specified the name of the person as "Jay Rodriguez".
