Got calls just now (Monday), Friday, and at least once before that with no message (I don't answer unknown numbers anymore).   Clearly some kind of scam/telemarketer.

Fast speaking Spanish, made out "electrico-al":  must be a solar telemarketer.

Persistent caller, 3-7 times a day; hope he gets nada for his time, since he wastes everybody else's.  It's a recording, so one-click hanging up doesn't seem to bother it.
