You need to stop calling my house otherwise I'm calling the police department. You guys have called more than 30 times already this year. STOP IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling. YOU have to take action to do that! (google is your friend). Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

The number is a VOIP and a callback gets a very fake "the number you have reached is not in service." Two other sites report it as a telemarketer. I'm not sure that the police could do anything for you but a complaint to the FTC certainly seems warranted when they call 30 times. Here is the site for reporting to the FTC.
Why not take control and get a call blocker. If you're using a land line just google "call blockers." They run around $70. If you're using a cell, some providers offer call blocking but there are a lot of free apps than you can download for that purpose. Don't put up with these a-holes.
