Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which probably means telemarketer/scammer since every legitimate caller I know leaves a message. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Huntington Beach, California using a landline with 3 service providers of Level 03 Communications LLC-CA , MCI Worldcom Communicatons Inc.-CA and Broadwing Communications LLC-CA. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing numbers and/or using a Voip system while phishing for personal information and running some scam ( i.e. Home Improvement Building Contractor etc. ). A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.

This is ridiculous!!! Same responses as above. Huntington Beach location. I have blocked 1102, 1103, 1104, 1105 & 1107 & 1109, all from above. This caller should be arrested for harassment!
