Doesn't leave a mssg and if you call back you cannot leave a voicemail--says the mailbox is full when try to call it back. We did just recently refinance our home through a specific company, but not sure if something goes out during the process that alerts other companies, but would never trust a company that does not have a solid call back business number (or one that I did not choose to call anyway).
Scammers spoofed listing as Santa Ana CA, could be located anywhere in the world. I paid my mortgage off years ago, if they were legit they'd have no reason to call as it's on record. It's a scam.
