Who called from 7145089948

keeps calling me,no messages, and when I call it to find out who they are, the number claims to be disconnected and/or no longer on service

Just received a call from this number, as they attempted to pronounce my name, the call was disconnected.  When I tried to call back to yell at them because I am on the federal DNC, the phone number is disconnected.

Didn't answer and when I called back, I get a recording "we're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service.  If you feel you have reached this recording in error, please check the number and dial again". Yah, right.  Another lowlife to block!

I believe this is how they test to see if it's a working no. so they can sell it to the telemarketers.
