He just called, foreign accent (indian), took a second or so for them to start talking, he stated he was calling from an an 'accounting office' (I couldn't catch that name) and he rambled off some services and then asked if I "had any requirements". I answered, no thank you, and he hung up on me, which is what I should have done when he just started rambling on in the first place.... good luck to the business with that approach.... blocked.....
