Turns out that the solar scammers are spoofing a number and caller ID of an honest legitimate company that is in an entirely different business. The lady who answered the phone at the company said that she had been getting tons of calls complaining about their phone tactics, but they are only in business as a Manufacturer's Representative for Industrial & Commercial Refrigeration Equipment. They neither sell or do any activities at all related to solar power. Now we have scumbag phone scammers using tactics that could ruin honest businesses.
