Called today after 12 noon; "pay phone" according to caller ID. Recorded voice states "this is the IRS & we have filed a lawsuit against you; please call the following number to avoid legal action." Then gave a different # to call than what showed on caller ID.
I got a call about an hour ago from the number 714-535-7004, my Caller ID tracked the call to Anaheim, CA, which is weird since I don't even live in the US or have any contact with anyone living there, and I got it on my mobile phone. I couldn't reply because I didn't have my phone close, but then I decided to google the phone number, I found quite strange receiving calls from a telephone number located in a country I don't have any links with.
Thanks for making this website, I'll be paying attention if I receive any other phone call from this number and will make sure to block the calls from this number directly with my carrier.

I got a call from this # this morning and they said the irs has a lawsuit against us..it was a recording. Gave me a number to call back..but I didn't take the # down. I knew it was a hoax.
