Didn't recognize number, "declined" to answer. The call left a two second blank voice message. Reverse lookup app reported number as a Villa Park VOIP line. I have blocked this number. I have received a number of Villa Park VOIP calls lately, all are now blocked.
"Solar Energy Choice" called. Guy named "John" made illegal call to me, although I'm on Do Not Call List. I informed him, and he said, "sorry, I wasn't aware." Telemarketers are supposed to have a list of calls they are not allowed to call, but they frequently violate this. I've received other calls from this solar energy marketing firm. He said his company is in Laguna Niguel CA.
