Said it was "John" wanting to "lower our interest rates on our credit card". Nothing but a stinking scammer. Search on internet revealed call came out of Anaheim, California, area. My caller ID showed number and "Health Office". I'm on every No Call List I know about, but those are nothing but a joke. Nobody ever does anything about those POS! I'd like to shoot all scammers.
