Caller I.D. said 'Orange CA' - nobody said anything I slammed down the phone. There is a special place in hell for these idiot scammers/telemarketers.

Called back. Dead air.

Call received at 11:01 this morning (02/13/14).  Didn't answer but answering machine picked it up after 5 rings.  Recorded message to lower interest rates.  Both state and federal do not call lists have my number.  Maybe that is where these folks get the numbers to call.
