Got a call from this number. Has recording of man talking about a home business asking to press for option 2 to remove my number off his list. The number's registered to Robert Rust, Santa Ana, CA. Oddly enough, I did the same search online for this number and found it's under other names as well.
i just got billed $1.50 for directory assistance credited to this number, i recall pressing on 2 hoping to get my name off their list. i just called the number got a recording asking me the name of state and city as if i was calling 411. i will call the phone company tomorrow to inform them of this creepy scam.
This # called me and said that they could cut my truck payments in half and it would not cost me anything or effect my credit in any way, is this possible or is it some kind of scam?
