I got this message that the IRS was filing a lawsuit for tax evasion. And was told to call 714-581-6049 or they would sent the sheriff to arrest me. I had received a similar call last year. I reported both to the www.TIGTA.GOV.
A male with an Indian accent stated he is Officer ... Luis tax audit dept internal revenue service. There is a legal law suit concerning a tax evaluation tax fraud! You will get arrested by the local sheriff dept.

Got the same call tolld name was Brian called back asked for Brian told him I wanted to come to his office and talk he gave me some phony address. Went on line read post saw scammers name David called back same number asked for David he said was him. I asked why he had answered last time as Brian this time said he was David immediately hung up the phone. Big scam
