Who called from 7145821141

Caller ID: SUMMIT PAYROLL  Machine answered and female, thinking she had a live victim on the line, said, "Hi, this is Amanda, how are you today?"  Poor Amanda hung up after no response.  Trying to lure victims to answer with their "Summit Payroll" caller id.

Made the mistake of answering thinking it was someone I knew.  "Amanda" recording started and I hung up.  Number is now blocked!

Made mistake of answering a number I don't know... was a recording, number is now blocked!

I did not pick up, they did not leave a voicemail message and when I called the number back, there was a recording stating that this number was not in service.
