Called 10:03 AM PST. Caller IID showed "California" and this number. This immediately tells me it is a telemarketing robo call using a different number. My phone answered by Sentry robo call blocker which tells calling party (except it's a computer) that we do not accept calls from telemarketers, to remove our number from "their calling list" (the legal requirement if ever able to catch them), or to press 0 to leave message. No message left.
