Who called from 7145898656

Received a call from this number on my cell, no message, but I am expecting a call from 714 area code, same experience as others, person who answered spoke no English and I hung up.

Keeps calling three or four times a day.

Can't tell them to stop calling because it's a recording in Spanish

Called my cell but hung up. So annoying!

They call me at least once a day. I made the mistake of picking up once.
Same story as the rest.
Scam.
