Called and didn't leave a message. I called back and got a recording that never identified the caller but did go on about:
1) how valuable my call was
2) how no one was available to take my call
3) their EAST coast time zone hours of business (interesting since the call was from a Southern CA # to a Southern CA #)
4) that I should call back later

I've gotten to the point that I block all calls mid-ring if I don't know who it is. Then I check here AFTER I block the caller. Glad I blocked this number. I was 99.9% sure it was a spammer, and you have all confirmed that my instincts were correct.
