Who called from 7145981450

Called & left no message.

Same experience as others phone rang 3 times and hung up.  It is an Anaheim #.  I went to add it to my blocked numbers list and noticed there was already a number 1 digit off: 714-598-1456.  This means I had confirmed it as a telemarketer.  Comcast only lets me block 20 numbers, so one company could use of 10 or more numbers with this trick of varying the number by one digit.

said it was sheriff's department...but appeared to be computer cuz delayed response and when I said nothing sounded like computerized answer again
