Called me by name and started breathing heavy, told them wrong number

tlemarketer or scammer. I answered the phone only because I was expecting a call, he asked for my mother by name, asked if I was the homeowner which I didn't answer, and when I told him we weren't interested if it was a sales call, he responded "it wasn't a sales call and you just blew it", and he hung up.

Caller ID: Out of area. Bad sign since it's my area code. No message left. Caller now blocked.

Called at 9:20 a.m. I did not recognize the number and did not answer. No message was left.

Lady asked if I was "Elizabeth" and I ask her to put me on "do not call list" and she said "I can, but I wont" and hung up.
