They call me over a dozen times a day. I have classes all day long and it's pissing me off. They are harassing me and I can't do anything about it. Please help.
Get a call blocker. Your smart phone probably already has a call blocker app or you can download a free one. For a simple cell phone ask your carrier. Or put the pest in your contacts list and give them the ring tone "no ring" or "silence". That will make the calls easier to ignore.
You don't need an app for blocking people. If you just click on the 'i' next to the number of the person calling you and scroll down to the bottom. The block option is there. Click on it, it will get that number permanently blocked unless you click on it again.
