Call back gets Robo saying "hello." If you answer with "hello" it will begin it's spiel. It's "Christopher" something calling on behalf of the California Fraternal Order of Police. Here's the FTC's advice on this "charity."

This number called at 10:01 AM on Sunday 9/4/2016 just as I was finishing cooking breakfast so I could not look at caller ID or answer. Caller left no message and when I finished breakfast and saw ANAHEIM CA on caller ID I was glad I did not ruin my Sunday breakfast to answer this garbage call.
