This [***] called me asking for my husband and stated that she met him last night at a ba . Nice job you but job, debt collector, he was with me last night!!

They are claiming they are going to garnish my checks. To give them $1000 to make my debt go away. They are harassing me. Yelling at me.

NO!!  Wages are garnished BY COURT ORDER - not because a cold caller says so.  Demand WRITTEN proof of this "problem" that is MAILED to you - nothing else (no emailing, fax, text, etc.).  They then have 5 days to reply - don't expect anything though - except possibly ILLEGAL threats.
