This number is a new one to call me on my landline. Since I had already blocked the 714 area code, it never rang. Unfortunately, I have no idea who it is. It did come up as Cell Phone LA on caller id. As per a conversation with my do not call registry (called concerning a legitimate company in violation of the guidelines), I did not call it back. I also googled it but there are no other comments on other sites. I'll see if it calls again, long shot but it could have been a wrong number.
