Who called from 7146163638

These scammers have called me 3 times in 20 minutes each time and time it's an abandoned call on my company cell phone which policy prevents me from blocking numbers.   Very Frustrating.

Caller ID is Isaac Cohen 714 616 3638 says he is with CNL construction.
I said how did you get my number? He said I don't know then hung up.

I don't find a C & L construction in Orange County.

Total Scam. You could hear the TV on in the background.

Though blocked this i d i o t   keeps calling and getting  Cut off by uniden phone blocker.  Been calling for over a year.  Pathetic fool is a  urban terrorist. Pray he gets run over by an 18 wheeler a d dies in a puddle of his own diarria.

Caller ID said "Free Estimate", didn't answer call and no message was left.  We're on the Do Not Call list, don't know why we're getting sales calls now.
